International distribution company Upsilon International Corporation (UIC) (www.upsilonintl.com) wishes to announce the completion of management buy-out. Located in Torrance, California, Upsilon International Corporation has been Argo-Tech's Engine Division (Eaton Industrial Products) exclusive international distributor for aircraft fuel pump products since 1994. Under the terms of the new Agreement between Upsilon International and Argo-Tech (Eaton Industrial Products), UIC will continue its mission to provide both commercial and military Argo-Tech fuel pump products to various international airlines and repair and overhaul facilities around the world. Under the new Agreement, Argo-Tech will assume the responsibility for distribution of military products in Japan.

As a fully independent company using its expertise and experience, Upsilon International Corporation will be expanding further into international distribution and marketing of aerospace / defense products.
